  • Fanuc Robodrill Machining Centre, the most common CNC machining file format is STEP, which is standardized and used across different brands of machine. Other formats include 3DM, DWG, DXF, IGES, IPT, SAT

 

  • Our Multicam and Tekcel Routers use Enroute CAM as an interface with your existing design software by supporting all common file types such as DXF, DWG, SCV, STL, PLT, EPS, AI, BMP, FS, 3DS, MMR

 

  • Laser engravers use Corel so PDF, DWG, AI files all work

 

  • Canon Oce Arizona Wide Format Printer, PDF files
  • Fanuc Robodrill Machining Centre, vice area approx. 700 x 300mm but we can machine much larger objects.

 

  • Multicam and Tekcel Routers approx. 2500 x 1350mm but can do over 3500mm

To assist with maintaining our machines and keeping our awesome team, we have a minimum charge of $35.00 + GST.

It all depends on the complexity of your order, simple cut to size panels 1 to 2 days while jobs with various processes or large quantities may take several weeks. Vale Plastics is known for efficient production times so please let us know how we can assist.

We are happy to provide you with just the panel you require. While we’d love to sell you a full 2440 x 1220mm sheet if it’s only ½ or ¼ of a sheet you need that’s okay too.

Good question but we haven’t had the need so far, 3D printing is a great concept, but our current machines are far quicker and produce a far more robust component.

Glad you asked……Perspex is a brand of acrylic which is what most clear plastics are made from. Lexan is a brand of polycarbonate which is used in high impact situations as it’s virtually unbreakable.
